Ink-jet plotter (raster) with 2 HP printheads recommended for medium and big companies,

manufacturers of garment, upholstered furniture and textiles.

Plotters are available with a max. print width 183cm and 223cm depending on the model.

Maximum plotting speed to 85 m2/h.

INNOVATIONS IN INVENJET POWERBRAIN SERIES PLOTTERS:

• very light paper take-up reel made of an alloy with a very simple and innovative paper start grip and 
• paper release system after plotting is finished – assures fast removing of finished markers and re-start of new plotting job
• paper feeding reel is placed in front of the plotter – easy paper reel installation
• paper feeding system with two independent paper feeding reels eg with two different paper widths
• output of plotted paper with paper rolling on take-up reel or with a system of free paper take-up
• rolling of paper with printout on top or on bottom (easy inversion of paper take-up rolling direction)
• integrated operator’s panel with a mini-keyboard and LCD screen
• 20% reduction of ink consumption in comparison to standard HP-45 cartridges, 
• in case when genuine PowerBrain printheads are used, with an additional monitoring of the remaining ink level. 
• Lower cost of PowerBrain cartridges
• possibility to print selected elements (notches) of the printout in different eg red color
• modern firmware with an effective plot queue support and extended set of additional functions
• available in 2- or 4-head version. Possibility to upgrade from 2-head to 4-head version
• highest plotting speeds (max. 85m2/h and 180 m2/h) accompanied by highest quality and stability of callibration
• automatic plotting stop before paper end, with a sound signalization
• plotting speed is adjustable (4 levels of carriage movement linear speed: 0,5 1,0 1,5 2,0 m/s)
• ability to work only with one cartridge in 2-head version and 1, 2 or 3 cartridges in 4-head version
• cleaning and parking zone prevents ink drying and nozzle blocking after a longer perion od plotter’s inactivity
